It was the best Spa experience we have anywhere else. We had a lovely relaxing time. The greeting we received from staff on arrival was friendly and we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The massages were so perfect, tailor made to our requests. The treatment we had booked was Dip & Dine. The meal was exquisite. I will definitely book again. And have already recommended our experiences to others.

We visited this beautiful hotel on Saturday. From start to finish we could not fault this establishment. We upgraded our room and it really was amazing.
The tasting menu is up there! To be honest our expectations weren’t high but the chef knocked it out of the park. The waiting on staff were enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about their food and wine. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and nothing was a bother!
The receptionist was very lovely and so enthusiastic about everything. Overall a very welcome break that we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Pat on the back guys! Ten out of ten.

Had a spa day and it was brilliant. The treatment was very good and a lovely, chilled afternoon. Afternoon tea was delicious. The staff were superb with nothing too much trouble. Will be back soon.

Stayed one-night last week, and two nights this week. Can’t fault the place. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is undergoing a refurbishment to a good standard. Very good value for money.

Unbelievable value for money! The Olivia was absolutely superb went over and above to ensure we were happy, and had outstanding customer service. Modern, comfortable rooms, unbelievable value for money. Didn’t eat in the restaurant but the Bar area warm and welcoming. Would stay again.

Brilliant three nights spent at the White Horse Lodge hotel. The welcome from Lesley was second to none….nothing was too much trouble….the room was warm, clean and comfortable…. excellent choice available at breakfast. Ample free on-site parking, lovely surroundings, excellent location for touring the North York Moors. I’m sure my sister and I will be back in the future.

Visited as a group of 4 in January 2025 for the weekend. We had Rooms 1 and 2. From the moment we walked in the door after a ridiculously long journey from the south coast, Lesley welcomed us and soon had us settled in. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and we had an amazing weekend at the hotel. The rooms were clean, warm and had complimentary toiletries, towels and hot drink facilities.
Lesley went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfasts were amazing. I had continental and everyone else had the full cooked breakfast. The evening meals were delicious and the Burns Night was brilliant. We intend to return at the start of 2026 and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel. Thanks for a great weekend.

Had a family friend’s party in Thirsk so had to book an overnight stay. We had to bring a dog but this was not a problem. Great value for money and a great breakfast Very well looked after and beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean and tidy place. A really handy place for future visits. Thank you very much to the staff. Very relaxed so you can feel at home.
