Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, reservations, stays, services, products, and use of facilities provided by SARAM Hotels Limited and its associated hotels and brands (“SARAM Hotels”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By making a reservation or using our services, you (“Guest”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking and Contract Formation
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation through our website, third‑party agent, phone, email, or in person, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 Contract
A binding contract is formed once we issue a confirmation of the reservation to you (“Booking Confirmation”).
1.3 Minimum Age
Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
2. Rates, Charges & Payment
2.1 Rates
All rates quoted are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice.
2.2 Payment
We may require full or partial payment at the time of booking, including a card pre‑authorisation or deposit, depending on the rate type and offer.
2.3 Taxes & Fees
Applicable taxes, service charges, and fees must be paid in addition to the quoted room rate.
3. Check‑In and Check‑Out
3.1 Check‑In/Check‑Out Times
Standard check‑in and check‑out times apply as published on the hotel’s website or confirmation. Early check‑in and late check‑out may be available subject to availability and additional charges.
3.2 Identification
Guests must present valid photo identification and the card used to secure the booking upon arrival.
4. Cancellation & No‑Show Policy
4.1 Cancellation Terms
Cancellation and modification policies vary by rate and offer. Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, cancellations made after the permitted cancellation period may incur charges up to the full value of the reservation.
4.2 No‑Shows
If you fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the hotel may treat the booking as a no‑show and charge applicable penalties.
5. Use of Facilities and Services
Guests agree to follow all hotel policies and posted rules while using facilities and services.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests whose behaviour is unlawful, abusive, disruptive, or otherwise unacceptable.
6. Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be made through the original payment method. Any fees charged by payment processors are non‑refundable unless otherwise required by law.
7. Third‑Party Bookings
If you make a booking through a third‑party agent, your contract is with that third party and their terms may also apply.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SARAM Hotels is not liable for loss of personal property, injury, or other loss except where directly caused by our negligence.
9. Data Protection
Personal information collected during the booking process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The Terms applicable to your reservation are those in force at the date of booking.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
