Please note that there are three steps leading to the corridor where these rooms are located, and space around the toilet area is limited. At present, we do not have specific facilities designed for disabled use.

Meetings & Events at White Horse Lodge

The White Horse Lodge offers flexible spaces suitable for a variety of meetings and events.

Our main function room can accommodate up to 80 guests banquet style, theatre style, or for workshops, and up to 30 guests cabaret, classroom, boardroom or U-shape style. We also offer our reception lobby and bar and restaurant area for events. Breakout sessions can be accommodated in the reception lobby. Our outdoor picnic tables, with their beautiful countryside views, provide an ideal setting for informal gatherings, receptions, or team-building activities.

We can provide a projector, screen, microphone, and sound bar for your audio-visual needs. Wi-Fi is available throughout the event spaces; however, due to our rural location, the connection can sometimes be unstable. Essential office supplies, including flip charts, whiteboards, markers, and stationery, are available.

Access to the reception computer and printer can be arranged. Our reception team can also provide secretarial support, including photocopying, printing, and document preparation, additional charges will apply.

Ample parking is available for attendees.

Our cosy lounge and traditional bar areas, with their welcoming atmosphere and scenic countryside views, provide the perfect setting for relaxed and informal networking.
